I have noticed from recently pulling my credit report that I have numerous late payments (60 day and even 90 day) that are all in a row from a Wells Fargo Finance account that I paid off 3 years ago. I was shocked when I saw this because I never would have done that! The only thing I can think of is that this account was in debt management at the time and the credit counseling service I was with was paying it late?
Is there any way to dispute this even if I can't find proof that it wasn't an error on my part? (as I'm not sure I still have my old credit counseling statements/paperwork).
