We are unable to obtain your credit report information.

What happened:
Subscriber not authorized for product requested.

Explanation:
One example of the cause of this error is when the address entered is not recognized by the credit bureau because it has "unusual" formatting—perhaps the city doesn't match with the state, or the street address doesn't match with the city.

What to do:

• Change the information you entered. You will then be able to re-attempt your request.

Exact same message I've been getting. CSR swears I haven't been canceled! This has been going on since July 27th. They did refund me though. I tried to buy back in but still get this error message.

Same here, Eric.  I still can't get a report update since July 28.

I pulled both my DW and mine off TC with no problem an hour ago.

My dw and I were able to update this am from TC.  But then I signed up with AmEx CreditSecure and cancelled my account with TC.  The person I spoke with was not from the USA and she kept asking me, why, does, and I finally said, mimi (her name), I do not want to discuss where I have taken my business to, just please just cancel my account.  Dw still has her's because she is just an au on the amex account.
