I know this morning they had issues but they are resolved. I have emailed for a new password reset and they sent it but that didn't work either. I have emailed again for it and they continue to email back a standard response that they need my name and entire mailing address and they will be happy to reset. I keep sending that. I have 9 emails here.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to contact CK that is not through the support@creditkarma.com email?
I've had similar issues this morning. I requested an auto pw change 3 times before submitting a request through customer service. Approx an hour ago it seems those pw requests starting filtering through over 10mins time. I have since gotten the customer support pw request also but nothing is working yet. When I respond to the customer support email I keep getting the same auto response as the original. I suppose the system is still down...
Had that problem - took them an hour to reset password. But I can get on now
