How do you get a CC to change the info on your CR?
I just got a notice that my DH's discover card (which we paid off in full) still shows a balance and doesnt state paid. We paid this off over a month ago and it was just changed on the CR today. The card was closed by Discover a few years ago. Do we call then and ask them to update the CR or is there a letter that I send them?

Call the OC and ask, if they don't.......you can dispute the balance as paid, but it could end up removing the entire TL. If it is a bad TL then you won't mind.
