Howdy MyFiCOians!
This is really puzzling me, but I'm pretty sure someone on here has the answer. You guys are great!
This morning I recieved an alert from MyFICO that indicated AMEX had reported to Experian that I had made a payment towards my account, which Experian changed my score from 699 to 705.
I logged into AMEX and see the Experian score of 705.
I logged into MyFICO, and see the Experian score of 705.
I logged into Experian and it still shows a score of 682, dated June 29, 21.
How is it possible that Experian, the buerau reporting the score, can be so far behind and the BANK and MyFICO, show a differnt score?
What am I missing here. I hope I explained this well enough to understand, AND thank you everyone for all the great advice you offer on this site.
EX hasnt updated yet on their site. When AMEX and MyFICO pull from EX they get the updated pull in that moment in time. It will probably show it when EX does their monthly update.
Usually you can only see your EX score daily if you have a paid subscription. The free subscription only updates once a month, that's probably why you're seeing the older score.
Thank you @FireMedic1 and @Mr_Mojo_Risin ,
That sure was simple and makes me feel a little foolish. I never thought of that, I just assumed everything updated at once, but what you say makes sense.
Thanks for the responses.

Don't feel foolish, we all learn something new everyday on myFICO.
