How long do hard pulls count on your report. In March this year, we started the process to buy the house we were renting. THere were 3 hard pulls from the loan company we were using. Initial app, for them to check that a dispute was no longer disputed and then another pull because they had my husbands SSN wrong (btw you can pull someone's credit with the wrong ssn. didnt know that) but the report needed to show correct ssn so they had to pull it a third time. Then the HOA pulled credit for "approval process" 3 of these 4 HP were unneccessary. Had numerous pulls already because we just rented the house the year before and property manager, HOA and cable pulled credit. Thats just 7 right there. So how long do these count on my credit for having "too many inquiries"
