I've asked BOA to delete au and let the cr reflect that.  How long?  Is there a rule of compliance?

I had the same scenario, it took about 2 months for some reason.  They said they had to research it before deleting?!!  Don't know about the compliance, but, you would think the 30 day time frame should be sufficient.
