Navy is HP happy, happy, happy!!! You will get get a HP for everything you app for...CC, LOC, loans, etc...and if you apply for CLI, and receive the 3-5 message, or the review message, and you didnt call in quick enough to have them cancel before UW pulls yours CR....=HP. 99% of HP's from Navy are from CLI requests. Their UW dept is quick, and will have your CR pulled by the time you call in to cancel, and its too late, LOL...
