How much credit history does it take to develop a credit score?
So I have been using my credit card very actively since July 14 last year and yesterday marked my 6 month does it mean that my credit score is now available or do I have to wait until the end of the month? The reason for this is I'm planning to get a phone and they require good credit for better deals. I just don't want to get denied because I don't have enough history. Thanks.

Yes your credit score is available. It has been since you got the card. You do have a short history though so your score might not be that great, and they may take the short credit history into consideration for your new phone. Good luck tho!
