How much of a point boost will an Amex Gold Card authorized user give?

I have had an AMEX GOLD card as an authorized since 1 month after my BK7 discharge. 

I truly think it has done nothing to help my rebuild.

Amex used to count the actual date the account was opened for AUs, so that could give a boost to AAoA, but they stopped doing that years ago so it will now shows up as a new account.
