How much of a time lag for TU to update?

Hi, my BF and I are waiting for my last of three CC pay downs to reflect on TU report before ordering a HP for mortgage purposes. The other two bureaus reflected the pay down very quickly.....

Dates: Stmt closed 3/7
CC company reported 3/8
EQ and Ex reflect the payment 3/9
Today is 3/13, and TU has yet to update.

Any ideas? I'm not able to predict based on past reports.

None unfortunately, TU is slower for me on average in updating their databases and it has varied for me (and then there's the lag in the monitoring solutions).

I went through the same thing with my mortgage, but relax, breathe, and let it take it's course.  The mortgage rates aren't going to materially change in a week and there's nothing you can do to speed the process along.

No way for us to give you an exact timeframe.  If timing matters then use a monitoring service that allows you to perform daily pulls.  If you don't want to pay for a service Credit Karma provides weekly updates on TU report data.
