All of their numbers are automated with no live support option.
I have a collection account on my Experian report when I pull it directly from them.
But using the credit monitoring service from them..said collection does not show up anywhere.
I reached out to them via social media and they said I need a paid membership in order to talk to a person.
Unbelievable...

I just called them this morning. You have to listen to the prompts but you'll reach a real person, not a long hold time either.
That number worked, thanks. They are going to have to file some kind of internal dispute to fix it.
It's odd this collection account is on my "real" Experian credit report, but not on Experians made up report from their own credit monitoring service.

Experian must be having major issues, as I can't get any of my scores on the app or website (I have a paid monthly subscription), and when I call the number, I only get two prompts. Regardless of which one I select, I get a recording with no option to speak to a human, and once the recording is done the call hangs up. I am extremely frustrated as my report/scores updated today and I cannot get the latest.
I found this link couple months ago online and Gosh, it works like a Charm. I now talk to Live person from each CRA like twice a month.
I spoke to one from Experian like 2 hours ago. It does work.
