from what i read onthis board recently TU and EX goes by DOFD to delete old Cap1 one collection/chargeoff accounts. and EQ goes by DOLA.
After reviewing older HARD COPIES of my EQ (CSC) CR i notice that sometime last year the DOLA had changed from 01/2001 to 09/2001. for these two accounts.
What is the best way to dispute this? What is this change called? Is this what is called Re-Aging?
any Guru's with a form letter would be great!
