How to Handle Pinnacle?

Pinnacle bought del account from Verizon, and reported the collection account to TRANSUNION.

Pinnacle wont answer DV.
Pinnacle wont accept PFD.
Pinnacle will not cooperate.

Anyone has experience with them? Any suggestion?

I was able to have my friend Dept of Social Services deleted, and all other medical accounts. This is the only thing remaining.

When did Pinnacle begin reporting?

I had them listed for an old Bank of America CO. After no response to my DV and PFD, I disputed them on all three reports and *poof* they were gone.
