Welcome to the forums!
Here's a few things that really helped me when I started repair:
1) I read, read, read, read, and read until my eyes bugged out. Credit Scoring 101 is a good place to start.
2) On the CCs, bring your balances down below 10%, and you might see an increase, assuming you don't have any CC COs factoring against you.
3) I recommend pulling all 3 CRs directly from each CRA (many reasons why) and also pull directly from this site for all three. It is hard to figure where you are going if you didn't know where you've been.
4) Make a conscious decision to draw a line in the sand and pay everything on time.
5) Finally, your post is very general. I recommend taking one topic/account at a time and tackle those by writing your situation with dates, amounts owed, creditor info, etc and someone in these forums will help you. Focus on one account at a time and post it by itself in a new post.
