I Need Help

Hi Everyone!

Currently an AU account is showing on my credit with a utilization of 54 % I have been off of this account for over two months however it is still showing on my credit. I have called Syncrony and they are saying that I am not on the account. What are my next steps and when it does come back closed will this improve my score? what happens next..

I would dispute as it not being your account.
