I have been pulling all 3 of my free reports every 2 weeks since I began this rebuild on April 1st. The past two times I have tried I get this message (see below) when I try to get my EX report. As to be expected in a brand new rebuild, I am busy making changes which effects what should be reported/removed therefore keep a close eye, a hawk eye on my reports right now.
I am able to pull EQ and TU on the annualcreditreport.com website every 2 weeks but EX is giving me the message below. Does anyone know what this may or may not be pertaining to?
I pay monthly for myFICO 3B here, and I also have acess to EX and TU via their websites exclusively. Futhermore (mostly for alerts) I use Credit Karma, CreditWise, PayPal Credit, and several credit unions Affinity, BCU, and DCU but I personally find the most satisfaction in my reports from annualcreditreport. Any ideas? I called Experian they were of no help. I plan to call again to speak to someone all over again but in the meantime I am asking here. Thanks.
you can try different browsers, different ip addresses see if that helps
I can't pull my Exp either from ACR.
I can call in and they mailed me one, but nothing I used to do to fix that error works for Exp anymore.
On the Experian website, if you go to file a dispute, that should be updated information
@GZG Thank you kindly, I'm glad to know I'm not alone even though it is a nuisance. I appreciate your response I feel a little more at ease over it now.

I am able to see my report here and even view a printable version but they are somewhat different on here than on annual credit report's website. For whatever reason it doesn't show when a baddie will fall off on this version or date of first delinquency. I have 2 small CO and 2 small medical CA that I have just PIF one, now three to go. It was just easier to read the reports at annual credit report but I can live without it there, finding out why I'm locked out of the EX report on there had me worried there was some identity issue I was unaware of etc etc.
@M_Smart007 Thanks for the link, I can retrieve my report there, yes as I posted upthread. It is a different printable version omitting the date of removal for a derogatory account however it is better than no version. Thank you ill take it. 👌
@GApeachy Well it makes absolutely no sense but if you have had no luck all of this time I'm not going to hold my breath on them releasing mine. I agree mailing it is a pain not to mention I'd prefer mine never were made into a paper copy unless by me.
