I didn't do a dispute or anything. I just simply wrote a polite e-mail to Lisa and asked if would be possible to have it deleted from reports. That's it. It was an account I paid in 2006. I did not get any kind of reply. And I sent it about 3 weeks ago. I imagine it got removed right away and probably just took that long for the info. to update to the cra's.
