lol. So much for the necessary hard pulls. Advanta. Hard inquiries are like traffic tickets. I think they are a punishment used to deter people from applying for credit.

Seriously, we should be able to have a margin for expected inq. Like 1-2 a year with out any score impact. The fact that just 1 inq has such an impact on a credit report is very harsh.

I whole heartedly agree... However, the INQ tax wears off pretty quickly when taken into perspective. But even after saying that, I would take two or three a year for free if they were being handed out.
