I need a SHORT & convinceing PFD letter

I have looked at the PFD example letter on this site, only thing is I found it a little too long, does anyone have a shorter version for me that also makes it sound sooo convinceing that the CA will accept the PFD?

Re: I need a SHORT & convinceing PFD letter

I had a CA bend over backwards when we told them my DH did not pay a bill until it went into collections because he was advised by his attorney to let it be settled in divorce court. But after a time of waiting and seeing it in collections, he felt it was unfair to withhold money to people it was owed no matter what the personal dispute was (actually, it was ME, his new WIFE, telling him to get a grip and pay up like a big boy, and that the atty was being a d**, but they don't need to know that...) and paid it anyway.

The CA was enthralled with him taking that position and was practically excited to delete it for him. However, I would recommend using the PFD circumstance that is relevant to your situation, and if it's heartfelt (even if it was your spouse who had to give you a sense of morality) they will sense that.
