ID theft services... Any recommendations?

Are there any ID theft services that you all have tried or like to recommend. I'm thinking that I may have given too much personal information to someone that is supposed to help me. Thanks

After falling off the wagon while in the garden... And going 2 for 4 on a drapping spree I've finally received my coveted Discover More. And now I'll limp back to the garden.

Probably the easiest thing to do is put a credit freeze on all 3 CRAs, this way no one ( including you ) can open new credit in your name via TU, EX, or EQ.
