I have applied ofr a mortgage and my LO needed to perform a credit rescore since my middle score was a 600 with TU. I was able to obtain a PFD for one collection account, and paid a remaining balance from a auto loan. My question is this. The rescore was done last Thursday, June 3, 2010. I pulled my credit score on myfico.com for TU (601 from 600, and EQ (609 from 588).  TU WAS my middle score in hopes to reach 620.  On myfico.com, the PFD letter seemed to already have removed the collection account.  first off, is this possible in two business days, and two, will my LO see a different TU score than i have on myfico?  It seems alsmost impossible that my TU score only went up 1 point when the collection, which was 4 months old, was completely deleted. 

Can anyone explain and provide some info?

What your LO pulls and sees and what you get on myFICO could differ.  It depends on the scoring model they are using.

Are you sure the collection was showing on the report pulled on myFICO in the first place?

When you say the collection account was only 4 months old. Does that mean it was opened by the original creditor 4 months ago at the collection agency. So the date opened was either 2/2010 or 1/2010 correct ?
