Is it being collected from my credit reports or is it getting deleted from them returned to cox and than cox will send it to another collection agency. It means that IC is going to delete their TL from your CR as per CRA rules if a CA returns something to the OC they no longer have authority to collect so they must delete their entry. The OC isnt going to send it to another agency as you paid it but the OC has the right to report if they decide to do so. Welcome to the board
