Identity Report - Someone else listed? No activity.

So I just looked at my Identity Report that myFico put together. There is someone else's name and address listed that I don't know. 

There is no activity on my credit report that isn't mine (and there never has been to my knowledge). 

I'm in the process of filing CH7 (link to the Ch7 thread below) with an attorney. Should I notify my attorney's office and do what they say? Is there anything I should be doing in the meantime?
