actually TC was reporting chargeoff/collection.....my Fico was reporting that too...no longer a collection all lates gone but 1....wow...decrease

So is it showing CO on both or just a collection or current

it is now showing ok .not charge off or collection anymore...Maybe Experian took it personal that the acct is not deragatory any more

I sent GW letter to TU and EQ and Direct Loans to clear up my lates that I had in the pas on my student loan, and you know what TU did????? They deleted the history entirely and in the status box it says that it is included in my 2005 BK7. EQ did nothing at all and Direct loans sent me a letter saying that they don't clear up past late. That once it reaches 60 days late and it's submitted to the CRA that won't do anything about it.

How amazing that my credit report updated for Equifax today same disputes no drop in scores at all...
