So my card was breached by the fivebelow website. I've received this information from fivebelow in writing today. How do I go about getting indigo to credit my account back? I've already submitted a dispute with them when I noticed the unauthorized charges but they seem slow to do anything about it. At the time I didn't realize it was because of fivebelow but now that I know do I email them the letter I receive to resolve this as quick as possible? I paid my card down to the charges amount but didn't pay fully because I didn't want to have to receive a check from indigo, etc...
So psa for any rebuilders check your cards if you used Five Below online in the last few months.
Also - they offered me a full year of some experian identity protection plan. Should I enroll in this or is it just a way for fivebelow to save their butts?
