Inqiry Fell Off After A Year

I'm waiting for some deletions and old baddies to fall off, and so have been checking our report on True Credit daily.

A T-Mobile inquiry from 2/29/08 just fell off today - isn;t that weird?  Don't they stay on for 2 years?

Also the Fako went up 22 points, LOL, for an inquiry drop off?  It was the only inq our TU report, and now there are none, but still...

FCRA only requires them to remain for 1 year.

The CRA is the one who has decided they should remain for 2 years.

I wouldn't pay much attention to the FAKO score change.

I didn't realise that - others might drop off too if the CRAs can't be bothered updating?

This is probably a function of you pulling your TC daily, as to why the INQ fell off.

This happened to me too and my TU score went up 8 points (YEAH!!) ...However, I checked yesterday and the inquires were all back and my score fell back down 8 points
