I logged onto the Experian site to get my score there and one of the things that struck me was they told me I had 7 inquiries on my report. They are counting inquiries that are almost 2 years old. They do state that they remain on the report for 2 years, but I've read on these board that after a year they don't really affect you. Should I be concerned about these? I'm wanting to apply for a couple of cards but I'm a little concerned I might get dinged for INQ that are 18 months old.....
No worries.
Although they can be seen for 2 years after one year they stop affecting you for scoring purposes.
