That may be miscoded, TU Interactive pulls cover a slew of different products: Credit Karma, disputes with Transunion, other credit monitoring bits... but I haven't seen it as a HP previously but it's possible it was some non-consumer facing bit.
I'd try contacting TU personally and asking what it was if it's not evident, check the base Transunion report too as it might give more details as to what it explicitly is.
Anyway inquiries can be 0 penalty when they're added onto the report, all depends how many inquiries you had previously and in what bin you were in as a result... if you don't go over a break point, your score doesn't change, they aren't linear.
