The best way is to identify and address the issues with your credit profile that can be addressed while ensuring that your current accounts are reporting 100% postive payment history and keeping your revolving utiliation in check. Don't rely solely on new accounts to rebuild credit. Hit the Rebuilding subforum, carefully research and see what you can do about the bigger issues on your reports.
If you want feedback relevant to you then you need to give us some idea of what your credit profile is like. However, you'll definitely want to be able to assess your own reports. Consider the info in this as a starting point.
