JDB deleted that bogus account from my EQ report finally, it's been exactly 30 days since I disputed it. Sadly my account age is zero years and 3 months now since ONLY my student loans and 3 paid judgments are showing-up. I'm assuming that those judgments don't count anymore or at least now as far as "age" goes. Which also makes me think my score is either non-existent now, or err stayed the same?
None of my credit cards are showing-up yet, hopefully soon. Still won't give me age, but it will give me a start.
I also went down the court house today, spent 4 hours there RESEARCHING with the clerk for these so called judgments that the state of ny claims they filed, hmpf nothing is on file at all. I am going to dispute them with all 3 CRA. The clerk was extremely kind to me, which reminds me that me being kind from the start goes a long way, because she gave me a certified letter stating that they found nothing in their systems on all 3 judgments. I dunno if that's normal, but she gave it to me -- we were both frustrated at the entire process. She said she doubts the state ever filed with them that they have their own process that she tried to explain, but only confused me.
