The collection agency agreed to remove my judgment along with three collections from all three credit agencies if I paid one last bill off. I paid the bill and they reported to Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. The collections were off within a couple of days. However the judgment is still on all three credit agencies. I called back two weeks later and they said they were not sure why it was still on there so they "manually removed." After another two weeks, I called and they contacted their lawyer to vacate the judgment. They said this should take care of it completely. This was about 6-7 days ago. I know with Christmas it may take a few days or more, but why is this taking so long? Also, will I have to dispute it on my credit report or will it automatically pick it up? This is the last bad item on my report! Thanks so much!
