Does lending tree deal with TU only? because i only see its logo (website) on TU reports....

They are a referral service.
They will "match you" using TU but the organizations they refer too WILL do hard pulls on all 3. You are authorizing them to do so in their agreement you must accept.

I you decide to use them expect a BUNCH of Email, phone calls and 2-3 hard pulls.

IMHO - use a trusted loan originator to find a deal that works for you.

I went to a local and well established Credit Union. They have been very good to me over the years.

yes Credit Union are good.,tho don;t you need to open a checking acct or somthing?

Ask friends or neighbors that have had a good experience with someone on their loans/mortgage. Where are you located?
