Lifting a freeze on TransUnion

unfroze and 3 hrs later applied for the Upgrade card and got an email saying unfreeze the report. So I tried again 3 hrs later and got the same email. Anyone else have the same problem?

Lol, yeah. It's supposedly ready the same day. You have to wait 15 mins after you get the email confirmation. I unfroze mine this past Thursday. I barely got the email today. 😐 Good thing I didn't need it Thursday.
