MOV letter

Hi everyone,

I have been doing some investigating on MOV, and I found out that once you send a MOV to a CRA, they only have 15 days to respond to your request, as per section 611 on FCRA.  Is this info still accurate? If so, Experian has to this wednesday, and their time is up.  I sent them a MOV, cmrrr, and got the green card back.  Next up, is ITS.  I really need an example letter for a ITS.  Anybody have any ideas?  Thanks

I can't remember the site, however I googled MOV and credit bureaus, and ITS letters, and found out from that under section 611, you can request MOV, and the CRA only have 15 days to respond.  If you have proof whenever they have received your MOV(CMRRR), and you do not get a response to your MOV, withing 15 days from when they received it, then you can send them ITS letter.  I am trying to copy and paste for you, so you can read it.  I will try to send you a pm
