MOV?

When a cra comes back with an item being "verified" yet the address and the phone number listed on the credit report is bad is this a time for MOV?  Has anyone had any luck with gettting things removed with the MOV letter?  thanks

Re: MOV?

Method of Verification.

If anyone has an example of a letter to post, please do.  The link that people always puts up when someone asks this question only tells what sort of items to put in the letter.  An actual example of a letter would be more educational and easier to understand IMO.

Thanks.

Re: MOV?

Yes, I have been blown off by EX and TU on this.   Only a generic response giving me all kinds of nonsense verbiage......

Re: MOV?

Megan,

I have bumped this same question before.  People always talk about sending MOV letters, but when you ask for a sample they will not post.

I am not sure why they are so unwilling to help out others with this subject.

Re: MOV?

Google creditboards and psychdoc. There is a wealth of info out there if you want to take the time.

Re: MOV?

Google and use that forum to improve your credit situation.

At the end of the day, this site is pro-business (the heavies, not the contributors) and what classifies as disallowed "credit repair" is defined far, far too broadly.

In its early days, you could find a lot of very good information to help you.  Lately, however, it seems that this site has become a "here's my story" and "GW Success!" forum.

I'm sorry we continue to disappoint you. Why bother and visit here anymore?
