MY CREDIT SCORE IS AWFUL PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey! I knew that my credit score was going to be bad because I was really stupid in college but now I am trying to work on this whole credit issue! Does anyone have any advice as to where to begin?? I don't have a lot of money so it's not like I can just start paying them off! Any advice???

Also, I am in dyer need of a car! What are my options if I have such poor credit?

OK! So, I looked at my credit and this is what I see....

Credit Score : 569

I have a lot of unpaid doctor bills where I thought I was on my dad's insurance and I wasn't and never realized it until they showed on my bill. I also have 2 school loans on there that I am in the process of paying off. I have a few judgements against me, which I know kills my credit rating! I have paid them all of them except one, but I am paying on that one now!

Re: MY CREDIT SCORE IS AWFUL PLEASE HELP!!!

First where did you get your credit score, unless it was from this website it was probably a FAKO.  Second, if you think any of the information is inaccurate or duplicated on your credit report start disputing with the CRA's.  If at all possible I would contact the doctors offices directly and see if they let you deal directly with them.  I only say this because doctors offices seem to be more understanding then collection agencies.  If you deal with the doctors office you may be able to get them to stop the collection activity.  If not write PFD letters to the collection agency's offering a settlement of what you can afford.
