I just got the Axe today. I called them on Monday asking why my account was locked and they said I had to answer a few questions. I told them I just started credit repair back in February of this year. I logged in daily to watch things drop as well as my score changes. I guess there is no right answer with these people.
I got the "F'off" letter today. When I called to talk to someone, Joshua operator id 9694 refused to patch me into a supervisor. I kept demanding to talk with someone about this and all I got was an address to write to. WTF? If they didn't want people logging into their accounts daily, they should say that. On their front page of their website it says "Unlimited access".
If there are any law suits being filed, count me in.
