Medical Collection / HIPPA

My apologies if I missed it, but I'm looking for info on the deletion process of medical collections.

I did a few searches, but the links to the letters / forms seem to be broken (deleted).

I have a medical collection that's currently unpaid.  I want to pay and would like the process (and letters) needed to get it deleted (once paid).

Unfortunately, these forums no longer support the HIPAA process and at the request of an outside source, the board, links, and letters were removed. If you want to follow that process, I'd suggest googling "HIPAA process" and you'll find what you are looking for.
