The only negative i had on my account was a 90 day derog from Cap one early 2008. Been battling this beast for 2 years trying to get it removed no luck. Been a long 7 years! Its time was up.

My Transunion finally updated today after the fall off result = 99 point gain.

Score went from 672 > 771

The rest of my scores have not been updated yet im assuming i will see similar gains by the end of the month accross the board.

I had all 3 scores hoovering at about 650-690 fico for about 3 years up until 2 months ago.

Let this be some form of documentation that a 90 day derog can eat 100+ point.

Pretty amazed by the whole experience.

Before and after

Barclay and discover noted my account as delinquent.

Discover has not been updated yet notice the delinquency factor and score.

Barclay's fico report had exact the same score and delinquency notation but has been updated today.

Will post back with the EX, and EQ when they finally update this month.

770+ with only 3 open accounts HYPE.

That is mind boggling!!  Congrats to you!!!!  You are giving me something to look forward to.  I have one stupid medical collection on my reports.  I can't do a thing about getting it removed.  I have tried it all.  My scores have been floating around where yours are.  At least when this finally does come off, I have something to look forward to.  I will be doing a happy snoopy dance when I see those kind of scores pop up! lol

BTW - what was the month that was scheduled for removal?  I am working on my son's report and on TU he has 3 scheduled for a March removal and 2 for April.  None have been removed as of yesterday which I don't understand.  TU seems to be extremely slow to update lately.

It is a big increase but this is why the first recommendation is "address your derogs".  Granted, not all derogs will have the same impact.

Sounds like a great joy to experience!  Can't wait to experience it myself in a couple years.

Congrats.
