Hey ByrdMan,

I have not done that one yet. Clearing my throat, feeling shameful. What type of letter can  I send to get Midland of my back? They are in violation right? trying to pick up the debt and collect money after it has been sold.

Thank you for the code. I'll check and see if Midland has reported.

Cory

Cory, if they are on your reports, then they are in violation and I would DV them. As one of the other posters mentioned, don't mess w/them yet if they are not reporting. Do you have a sample DV that you can send to Presidio?

Re: Midland Credit Management

Hello,

No simple one yet. Trying to figure out which is best DV both or one. Mid, may have reported the trade. I have not check my report yet. That was one of the reason why I was asking about how to get my reports and scores on this site.

Mid may report if I don't respond to the letter right?

Cory, use the promo code GOALS25, which is on the home page and good until January 31. It will give you 25% off your reports. To boot, you will know your ficos. You have to know what's on your CRs before you can know who to DV.

You have already admitted your weakness, which is the first step to recovery. Don't procrastinate any longer. The situation sill not get better by not responding. Be proactive and go after those CAs. Shift your paradigm and get them on the run. Once you realize the power you have, your mindset about handling these situations. Take the bull by the horns, and stand up for your rights.

Re: Midland Credit Management

So, Presidio is NOT being reported on any of the CRs?

Re: Midland Credit Management

Double check you state SOL and the DOLA/DOFD on your CRs. If clear of SOL, I would DV both of them CMRRR. I would also dispute w/CRAs immediately after receiving the GC, including copies of GC, Cert # and DV letter.

Re: Midland Credit Management

Hey guys,

How are you this evening? Pray all is well.

I need some advice or some assistance. I can proudly say that I have already sent Mid and dispute letter, thanks to the help of a great personSmiley Happy

Today, I receive a call from a Midland Representative regarding the debt. I told him that I don't want him to call me, and I don't owe any debt to Midland Credit Management.

He said that he will continue to call me regarding the debt. What is the best way to handle this matter?

Thanks for your attention and have a wonderful night.
