Midland and Arrow the same?

Has anyone noticed that the addresses for Midland and Arrow are almost
next door to each other in San Diego?

I sent a PFD to Arrow and it came back as non-deliverable unable to forward. So I double
checked the address and almost thought that I made a mistake because
Midland is 8875 AERO DR and Arrow is 8589 AERO DR
Are these the same companies?

What is better to do with a returned PFD? Resend or Dispute with CRA? I have read both are the correct step to take.

Yes, a PFD sent by my spouse was returned as well. They are very close addresses.

However, I did some searching on google and seems that Sallie Mae bought a majority interest in Arrow and I am wondering if this is when the California location was closed. They have one in WI and somewhere else, can't remember where, IL or IA or OH or somewhere.

Google them and you'll find their website.

I had my spouse call them as the debt was being reported newer by a different CA, so figured they had sold it. That was the case and they are supposed to be removing.
