Hi, I am getting a B of A secured card this week, and I know that there is a location about 1/2 hour away. Are there any other good recommendations for banks in the Chicagoland area? For general purposes, banking, credit cards, loans (auto and home). I did join a local credit union, but as my scores increase I was just wondering...a lot of what I read here on boards is from west coast etc. I am also going to look at joining Navy when my scores go further up, but I need to get my dad to agree to join (he might not...).
