A few things jump out-

Can mom take less $

consolidate SL's?

You just are not going to make a dent in those CC balances will all of your other obligations-

I would download a trial of MS Money and drop this all in the budget and Debt reduction planner-

Wow this just bit me in the ass.

I sent an email to my bank before I posted. They replied that they will not change my report. Well, they did, both my duplicate accounts. Now they read as

"Account transferred or sold
Closed or Paid Account/Zero Balance
Credit card"


My score dropped from 612 to 596. 16 pts!. This sucks.

Maybe Dispute as,
"Paid, Closed/Never late."
(Exactly as writen as one line)

Indicating that they are not transferred or sold. State that this is an error reflecting inaccurate info. Bummer. I did the same thing with a bank before I knew. I ended up having to remove the accounts completely to correct.
