I have 5 credit cards and 3 of them have a $0 balance (woo hoo!) and I have two left with balance of $328 and $1250 respectively. I also have $5,000 in student loans. I will have the two remaining credit cards paid off completely by June 09 for sure. After that the only debt I will have is the $5,000 from the student loans. But the student loans are not considered revolving credits, right?
So what are my chances that I can raise both my TU and Equifax scores from where they are today to around 750 - 800+ in 10 months? And is it possible to have a perfect credit score of 850?
What negatives do you have?

I've never seen/heard of it. Doesn't mean it isn't, but just saying.....
On the TU it says I have the following things hurting my score:
1. Deliquency + collections: This shows a $1700 bill, but the balance is $0 and this has been taken care of, so It should not be there.
2. Short Account History: I'm 26 and I've only had a card since 2004.
3. High Credit Usage: Does this mean that you use too much of you available credit? I only have 1 credit card with this problem and the other 4 cards either have a $0 balance.
4. Bad payment history: This is weird, because I have not had a bad payment or a late payment in over 18 months.
Helping my score:
1.Old Collection
Here's my Equifax:
Hurting:
Delinquency + collections, Short Account History, Bad Payment History, High Credit Usage
Helping: Number of Accounts, Not seeking credit.
I wonder what the number of accounts means. I have just enough?
I also have (just found out) a $30 negative in collections from 1 and 1 internet, but I'll take care of that right away.
I wonder how many points that is hurting me? and how long after I pay it will it bump up my score?
Paid and unpaid collections affect your score the same.
If this is reported as a collection, by a CA, I would first DV and if they validate, I would offer a PFD.
