Hey! All never made a post so pardon me if this is in the wrong location but I’m having a bit of an issue here. I just had this random collection that is reporting closed placed BACK on my credit report after being gone for a very long time. But the status says it closed its from ERC or enhanced recovery company for an old sprint bill.
myFICO says it’s reporiting to Experian and to Transunion I’ve contacted Experian for a dispute and they see it and it’s current in dispute process as of yesterday.. Transunion on the other hand are telling me this doesn’t exists.. it’s not on my credit file.. my report was literally just generated and updated today from myFICO and I can see it very clear.. I can also see it on credit karma, and the Experian credit works app.. but for some reason I can’t dispute with Transunion because according to them.. I have no collections.. but my score is hurting according to myFICO and Experian credit works because of this collection..
How can I fight an item they just don’t see on my report? Why can I see it everywhere else it seems but they can not? I’ve spoken to two reps one yesterday and one today they both told me the same thing they just don’t see it.. I’ve named the original creditor, the amount, and even the collection agencies name.. its non exsistant to them.. please any help would be beyond appreciated
