NCO and Inq questions

I only have two bads left. I have sent e-mails to lisa and the other address that is posted on here for NCO. I e-mailed lissa about a week ago with no answer. I was wanting to know what you guys thought i should do to get it off? The other bad is a 90 day late for SM that i have GWed about 5 times now. The SM account was in Jan 07 so i really do not want this thing on my report for 7 years if i can do anything about it. Any help? I have way to many pulls on my credit. Only two of which i have used. Any idea on how to get them off? I know if you pull them close together they count as one but i have 8 on experian, 14 on TU and for some reason 51 on EX. Over the past two years. I had a car that had to be bought back and i think the dealer had something to do with it. I don't care how it happend i just need help to fix it. They have stopped in the last 2 months.

Re: NCO and Inq questions

First...when you sent the 5 gw's, did you get any reply at all??  If nothing, maybe try a phone call.

Just curious...who is SM? Wondering cuz I want to write to Sallie Mae & thought it might be the same.

The 51 pulls...OMG!  Are any of these the same company??  Were they all authorized by you, or do you recof=gnize the names?  I'd definately be disputing some of that.  With the other pulls, did those stop 2 months ago too?  Are there any due to fall off soon?  I'd call the companies with the most pulls & ask they delete or combine into one or maybe 2.  If some will drop in the next month or 2, focus on the newer ones.

Re: NCO and Inq questions

Bungalow - Sm is Sallie Mae. I got a response 3 times saying they could not taken off they were held by law to make sure it was all true what they report.

The inq's are a lot of the same but like once a month. I have capital one road loans on here like 15 times over about a year. any ideas guys?

Re: NCO and Inq questions

Ok...directly from one of my myfico reports in the inq section:

An inquiry indicates when a business, usually a lender, has checked your credit. The inquiries listed here are the number of times in the 12 months since the date of this report that a lender has checked your credit at Experian. These inquiries appear because you applied for credit with the listed company. Inquiries associated with applying for new credit are the only kind of inquiry that may hurt your FICO® score.

Those "hard" inq's must be initiated by you...otherwise, it's illegal an you can have them removed!

Are you sure all those aren't in the "soft" inq section?

Re: NCO and Inq questions

they are hard pulls. From what i can tell. How would i know if they are soft pulls? Even if they were soft that is still a lot by a lot of diffrant people. Can i dispute them? What happens if i dispute and i did the pull and forgot about doing the pull? I know some of them are mine and some i am not sure about.
