I went down from 715 to 701. Why? Because they reported my SSL at 100% last month, that’s why. I still don’t get why they did that.

Are you inferring that NFCU updates EQ Fico 9 scores for each of their CC's on this date?
They may release/update mid cycle but certain NFCU notifies CRAs a day after statement closing date.
