Name and address problems

I keep sending corrections that my credit report seems to include typing errors related to my name and my address is incorrect as well as past addresses including listing an investment property as a previous residence.  Yet pulling my report today I still found the same errors.  I have written multiple certified letters.  How do I get this information corrected?  Also, I keep sending in corrections and then I'll pull my report a number of months later to find that the earlier errors have reappeared.  How do I correct these problems?

I've had some luck disputing these online.

For your current address, you'll need to send 'em copy of your Driver's License, SSN, Utility Bill along with a stool sample. OK, I made up the stool sample part.

Gotten everything cleaned up on EQ.

On EX, they have the current address correct, but the previous addresses are a mess. Sent 'em all my previous addresses validated thru the USPS website. No response. Then I started just disputing off the poorly formed addresses. Got rid of some, still have others, and then they started adding new incorrect formats.

With TU, they had my current address correct, then they updated it by dropping a digit. Sent a CMRRR dispute with veiled ITS. Getting close to 30 days.
