Need clarification on DOLA & DOFD

jz- that buckets theory can kiss my junk. It's ridiculous. I'd liike them to apply that theory to other major things in life... like grades in college. "Oh sorry, you were an A student but now in your new bucket, you have to be tutored...."

Anyway, I realize that's probably what happened. Of 18 collections, I have successfully deleted after pmt all but 3, and of those three, one is falling off in Aug and the other two are under reconsideration for deletion right now!

Hopefully once my pretty little $15K NFCU Cc posts, things will start looking up...

I'm with ya. When I first read that article a month or so past I thought the worst was ahead of me, not behind me! We'll see. I have four PFD letters in transit, a full-out dispute, and a GW letter is on it's way to Cap One. I have an older charge-off settlement that I paid in 2005. I want to get removed; the delinquency history is destroying me. I'm hoping whoever reads the "sob story" GW will be in a good mood that day!! It's all about their mood.
